Notice of Filing Date for City of St. Paul
Declaration of candidacy 12/17/19-1/21/20
Pursuant to § 115.127, the City of St. Paul, Missouri will accept declaration of Candidacy for the municipal election to be held on April 7, 2020 for the position of one Alderman for Ward 1, Ward 2 and Ward 3 each for a two-year term, on December 17, 2019 at City Hall at 2300 St. Paul Road from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. and on every Tuesday, each week from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. through January 21 2020, the closing filing date. The City Clerk shall receive all candidate fillings in the order in which they appear, until filing closings.

Building Permit Applications
For a new residence, remodeling, detached building, swimming pool, retaining wall, or other new structure, applications for permits are handled by John Choinka with HR Green, Inc. Please send applications to John Choinka. Fences do not require a city permit, but check with your homeowners association for other restrictions.

Inspections
All building inspections will be performed by HR Green, Inc., with checks payable to the city of St. Paul.

Licenses
Currently the City of St. Paul does not require separate business licenses to be held with the city for business operations.
Business Licenses, Liquor Licenses and Business Registrations which are required by the State of Missouri may be obtained by contacting the Missouri Secretary of State offices.
Any licenses required by St. Charles County may be obtained by contacting the County Government Offices.
